You started offering benefits via StretchDollar, now it is time to tell your team. Copy and paste this email template, add in your benefit amount, and send it out to your team. (You can also pair it with our one-pager).

Great news! We’re rolling out a new health benefit that puts you in control of what health plan you want to choose. Through StretchDollar, we’ll reimburse you $XXX per month in pre-tax dollars (it will be dropped directly into your bank account) to help cover the cost of your health insurance premiums. You pick the plan, and we help pay for it—it’s that simple.

What to do next:

  • Check your inbox for a Welcome Email from StretchDollar.
  • Log in & set a password to your StretchDollar Benefits Portal 
  • Decide whether to accept or waive your benefit. 
  • If you accept the benefit, choose a health plan and get reimbursed automatically on the first of the month for the rest of the year.
